I'M LISA
My mission is to provide compassionate and nonjudgmental support tailored to your unique needs and preferences. I am a certified Postpartum Education and Care Professional after completing the Newborn Mothers Course with the wonderful Julia Jones. With a lifetime of lived experience from raising my own children as well as having over 25 years of baby and mother care, I offer a range of services to nurture and empower you during the postpartum period. From practical assistance with feeding, sleeping, swaddling and soothing techniques as well as emotional support and guidance on self-care, I'm here to help you navigate this special time with confidence and peace of mind. Investing in the right support in the early stages of parenthood will set you, your child and your family up for the future.

This service is ideal for the parents who are seeking assistance in the precious initial stages of their newborn's care. In this package, I will offer practical advice on feeding and settling your baby and if necessary refer you to a board certified lactation consultant for further support. I will show you how to recognise tired signs as well as how to settle your baby. This is also a good opportunity to discuss any challenges that may have arisen for you and/or your baby and how to best resolve them. I also include text and phone support post consultation.

Lisa was without doubt the greatest source of care for Banjo, and guidance and support for both Anna and I as parents. With Lisa taking care of Banjo, she instilled confidence and knowledge in us- from everything to sleep times, to feeding, to keeping a good schedule for him.
